Fatma Şengil Süzer She was born in 1970 in Eskisehir. She completed her primary and middle school education in Eskisehir. She graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy in Anadolu University. She published her poems and short stories in the journals Dolunay, Albatros, İkindi Yazıları, Kardelen, Dergâh and Hece. She contributed to the book, Kadın Oradaydı, which consists of articles about women’s roles in the process of revelation, with her articles on the biography of Hz. Fatma. Gelincik Şarkısı which she wrote for children was translated into German and published by Mavi Uçurtma publishing as Das Klatschmohn Lied.
